Returns and Refund Policy
As much as possible, we help you chose the perfect Juttis size by following the EUR size standard, which is universally used. However, if you are not happy with the size of your Juttis, we are happy to exchange them.
Here’s our policy:
- We do not allow refunds on orders placed. Your Juttis can be exchanged for another size, style or a voucher if your required size or style is not available. The voucher will be valid for 1 year.
- You will need to notify us within 48 hours of receiving your Juttis – contact details are on our “Contact Us” page.
- No exchange or returns will be allowed on Juttis bought from the CLEARANCE SALE section.
- OH MY Juttis reserves the right to inspect the condition of the Juttis before agreeing to any returns, exchanges or vouchers.
- Juttis showing signs of wear or that have been damaged by you, will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We endeavor to ensure that all Juttis shipped to you are free of any defects or damage.
- Juttis are handcrafted; as such there might be slight variations in the embellishment on them. These variations are not deemed defective.
- Cost of returns to OH MY Juttis, is at the expense of the customer. You will be required to provide us with a tracking number with the courier of your choice, so that we can track postage and confirm receipt.
