Shipping and Tracking

We always advise you to order your Juttis in advance to avoid disappointment, should you need them for a specific occasion.

We use Fastway as our preferred Courrier Services. We will inform you should we use another Courier Service to ship your order.

We will send you an order confirmation email at the email address provided by you during order placement.

If you have not received any email from us after your purchase, kindly get in touch with us. We are happy to help you track your shipment and provide you with any assistance you may require after ordering.

We do not offer International Shipping at this stage.

Courrier to Johannesburg:  1-2 working days

Courrier Outside Johannesburg: 2 -4 working days

Note: Your shipment could be delayed due to adverse weather conditions, during festive seasons, or if your Juttis need to be couriered to a remote area. These are beyond our control and we thank you for your understanding.
